Pricing & Payment

Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto‑renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are provided.
Service Changes
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when possible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the new service. No compensation is owed for changes.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or local courts. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
